                Use this conversion chart to convert the weight of wax to metal and one metal to another

for casting or for calculating  a price.

                                       
               Example: Convert wax to metal

               Wax model weight   x   factor of metal wanted    =   weight of metal wanted

                1 DWT. (wax)      x    10.40 (sterling factor)    =   10.40 DWT.    sterling

              Example: Finding weight of an object in a different metal than it is now.

              Model weight in metal     x   factor of metal wanted    =   weight of metal wanted

              Sterling Ring 10 DWT.    x   1.25 (14K factor)            =    12.50 DWT.    14K

♦ Ordering instructions: please specify following

3.      Style number & quantity

4.      Specify metal, karat & color

5.      Raw casting or type of finish:

·  Fully hand polished castings

·  Casting sprue ground

·  Tumbled casting (sterling silver only)

Larger orders or over the limit may require deposit or be sent C.O.D. money order or Certified Check.

♦ Billing: All precious metal prices are based on the day of shipment at spot price.

   Labor charges and metal prices are billed as separate charges.

♦ Credit terms: Casting orders are shipped out C.O.D. money order or cashier's check.

                         Casting orders can be prepaid to avoid $10.00 c.o.d. fee .

When prepaying with a money order or a cashier's check the order is shipped same day we receive

the payment.

When prepaying with personal or company check please allow 10 bussines days for the check to

clear.

We do not take credit cards as payment.

We do not take credit application  to open 30 day account because we do not have credit accounts.

♦ Shipping: We ship with United Parcel Service or Federal Express per customer’s specifications.

♦ Return policy: Our goal is to produce quality product for you. Should there be problems with

   manufacturing defect or error on our part we will re do work free of charge.

   Please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
